Bread Maker
When I decided I wanted to start making my own bread my boyfriend started researching breadmakers. What he found was the Zojirushi Home Bakery Virtuoso Plus Bread Maker. It’s a long title but an amazing machine.

For a machine on the pricier side it’s definitely worth the money. Zojirushi includes a recipe book with tried and true recipes for a small variety of breads, doughs, cakes, and jams. They also have online recipes on their website as well as a support desk that let’s you talk to a real person.
The machine cooks a 2lb loaf and I generally get 15 BIG slices per loaf. The pan and paddles are fully non stick. I have cooked over 100 loaves, some jams, dough, and a cake and nothing sticks. Ok the jam leaves a ring from the sugar and pectin but it wipes right off with soap and warm water.

Since buying my machine the only bread I buy is keto bread for one of my daughters. I have one low carb recipe for my older daughter but it still has too many carbs for my younger one.
After having the machine for over a year I have put it through the paces. For the most part I make white, and low carb bread. Bust as stated before have tried several other things in the machine. What I love about the machine is the consistent results and beautiful loaves. It also very user friendly and has great user support.

What was disappointing was the finish on the paddles. I had a few spots chip off after 4 months. The finish isn’t covered under warranty. It’s considered normal wear for it to come off and the company assured me it is non toxic and safe for consumption if some of it comes off in your bread. When I contacted Zojirushi they replaced the paddles as a one-time courtesy.
Overall I love my machine. I recommend it to anyone who wants to make their own bread. It is a pricier machine but well worth the money. It offers consistent results and never sticks. With proper care the machine should last a long time.
